Get in touch
If you’ve read an article and something still isn’t clear, or if you have a practical question about buying, selling, renting, or owning a home in England, I’d be glad to hear from you. JusticeLawHub exists to make property law less intimidating — and your real-world experiences often shape what we cover next.
I’m Eleanor Hart, the solicitor behind the content here. When you write, it’s me (or occasionally a member of my small editorial team) who reads your message. I can’t promise an instant reply, but I do read every thoughtful note that comes in.
What you can contact us about
- Questions raised by any of our guides or articles
- Suggestions for topics you’d like us to explore — especially common pitfalls you’ve faced
- Clarifications on legal terms or processes that still feel opaque
- Feedback on how we can make the site more useful
What we can’t do
JusticeLawHub is an educational resource, not a law firm. I’m unable to offer personal legal advice, review contracts, or take on individual cases through this website. If you need advice about a specific situation, please consult a regulated solicitor who can consider the full details of your matter. The Law Society’s “Find a Solicitor” service is a good place to start.
How to reach us
The best way is email. Write to [email protected] with a clear subject line — that helps me sort genuine correspondence from the noise. If your question is related to a particular article, a link to that page helps enormously.
I don’t maintain a public phone number or physical office for the site, simply because my casework and writing schedule make email the most reliable way to have a proper conversation. I aim to respond within a few working days, though during busy periods it may take a little longer.
A note on privacy
Any information you share in an email is treated with care. I won’t add you to a mailing list without your permission, and I’ll never pass your details to anyone else. If your question is one that could help other readers, I might use it as inspiration for a future article — but always anonymised and without any identifying details.
Thank you for taking the time to read, and even more so if you decide to write. The questions people send often become the most valuable pages on the site.
